We are a full service ophthalmology practice in Eugene, Oregon, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery including iLASIK, PRK, ICL and Refractive Lens Exchange. Our physicians are subspecialty fellowship-trained in glaucoma and cornea and external diseases, and offer participation in clinical research studies.
Our physicians diagnose and treat nearly all eye conditions including cataracts, corneal diseases, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, double vision, strabismus and amblyopia, eyelid diseases, dry eye, nearsightedness and farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia. Ulysses Velazquez is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and excited to provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages in the community.
